Booking & confirmation

• Reservations can be made online, by phone, or in person.
• A valid credit/debit card or advance payment may be required to guarantee the reservation.
• Confirmation of the reservation will be sent by email or WhatsApp.

Arrival & departure

• Check-in time is typically between 05:00 PM and 06:00 PM in peak season.
• Check-out time is typically between 04:00 AM and 05:00 PM in peak season.
• Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability.

Guest behaviour

• Guests are expected to respect the property and other guests.
• Smoking is prohibited inside the hotel and rooms, and is allowed only in specific designated areas.
• Excessive noise will not be tolerated.
• The number of guests per room is limited to 2 guests.

Disclaimer of liability

• The hotel is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to guests or their belongings.
• Lost or stolen items are the responsibility of the guest.
• Charges are imposed for any form of religious practice inside the rooms which leads to property damage.

Payment terms

• Guests need to make 100% advance payment at the time of booking / reservation / check-in.
• We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI and cash payments.
• Room tariffs are subject to 5% GST, added to the room charge at the time of booking.
• Bookings made online through this website are charged a 2% online payment convenience fee on the room charge, in addition to GST. This fee covers payment-gateway costs and is non-refundable.

Cancellation policy

• Free cancellation deadline is typically 48 hours before arrival — any cancellation within this notice is fully refunded.
• If you cancel after the deadline, a cancellation fee of ₹1,000 per room is charged.
• Some rates are non-refundable during peak festival seasons or periods of high visitor volume; cancellations incur full charges.

Additional points

• Pets are not allowed inside the hotel.
• Parking is provided free of cost, subject to availability.
• Wi-Fi internet access may be free, subject to speed and consumption.
• Extra beds are available for an additional fee of ₹500.
• Outside food is not allowed; our in-house restaurant serves breakfast and brunch, and liquor is supplied on order.

Guest responsibility & damages

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the hotel room, property or furnishings during their stay, including damage caused by themselves, their guests or pets. Intentional damage or damage caused by negligence will result in full liability for the guest; accidental damage is handled at the hotel's discretion.

If damage is found, the hotel has the right to charge the guest's payment method for the cost of repairs or replacements, which may include the actual repair or replacement cost as well as any additional cleaning or lost revenue.
