We understand that plans can change. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for stays at Hotel SRR Grand.
Cancellation deadline
We have a deadline for free cancellation, typically 48 hours before arrival. Any cancellation made within this notice period will be fully refunded.
Cancellation fees
If you cancel after the deadline, you will be charged a cancellation fee of ₹1,000 per room.
Non-refundable rates
Some rates are non-refundable during peak festival seasons or during periods of high visitor volume at the temple; cancellations of such bookings will incur full charges.
Taxes & online payment fee
When a refund is due, GST charged on the room is refunded in proportion to the refunded room amount. The 2% online payment convenience fee charged on website bookings is non-refundable, as it covers payment-gateway costs already incurred.
How to cancel
To cancel or amend a booking, please call our reception as early as possible at +91 8142563777. Eligible refunds on online payments are processed back to the original payment method; cash payments are refunded at the hotel reception.
